Mark Vlaskamp walked from his Marketing Director job in pursuit of being 100% happy and embarked on a road trip chasing down his passion of fishing and documented his journey at CanoeVibes. He covered 15,482 miles through 37 states in his jeep with his canoe on the top and everything he needed to live inside.
But even with all of the planning, he still faced immediate self-doubt on mile #2 when he thought to himself, have I just screwed up my life. But he didn’t and he’s used his experience to propel him into the next phase of his life and new career.
